Operation "Eat Better" day 8 and 9

Saturday
Breakfast:
very little oatmeal, pineapple, then we went to the gym

11:00 hummus wrap, that didn't feed the beast so I made a bowl of black lentils (indian slow cooker recipe) over jasmine rice

dinner:
pasta Florentine (sautéed onions garlic and spinach with barilla plus pasta and nutritional yeast.  The kids added red sauce to theirs too.  Followed by lots and lots of gelato
Hmm, I don't remember the rest.....

Sunday:
Breakfast:
scrambled eggs and beans in a wheat wrap,

brussel sprouts

Pasta Florentine, tortilla chips, 'green' snack bar

baked fries, and a PBAO muffin,

Dinner:
smoothie made with cashews, strawberries a banana and almond milk, grilled cheese (vegan) on wheat, frozen yogurt, one beer
