Operation "Eat Better" day 5

Breakfast:
Me: english muffin with Scrambled eggs, blanched spinach, and grapes
kids.  All the above plus sausage

Snack
Jeanne and mom: left over 'green chips' (not so crunchy or 'chipy' anymore, but still tasted great, we ate them all up).

Lunch:
kids each: half a Quorn patty, corn, peas, shredded cheddar, apple, goldfish (they ate so much!)
Me: salad, Dr.Kracker with peanut butter and honey

Dinner:
whole grain pasta / barilla pasta plus with red sauce, wine, wine, wine, tortilla chips, coconut 'ice cream' and grapes.
